Now led alongside Brad M. Edwards (Vice President of Operations), our team specializes in computer repair, device maintenance, hardware troubleshooting, and IT consulting — always with a focus on fast turnaround times and genuine service.
Our Story
When Brad Edwards founded Edwards Solutions in 2003, he brought with him decades of IT expertise and a sharp understanding of how the demands of the school environment can wear down equipment quickly. He recognized early on that responsive, high-quality service would be the difference-maker — not just in device performance, but in the overall learning experience for students.
Over the years, Edwards Solutions built its reputation on dependable service, long-standing relationships, and a commitment to community. In 2020, Brad M. Edwards, his son, joined as Vice President of Operations. With a strong background in community engagement and program leadership, Brad M. helped the company adapt its approach to fit the unique needs of different school districts and business environments, ensuring every partnership felt personal and every solution fit the setting.
